Manitoba's frozen brackets and BPA phase-out

Manitoba froze its tax brackets and basic personal amount at 2024 levels, so the 2026 thresholds of $47,000 and $100,000 and the $15,780 basic personal amount are unchanged from 2025. Since 2025, Manitoba also phases out the basic personal amount for higher earners: it starts to shrink above $200,000 of net income and is fully eliminated at $400,000.
